MOOCという大学の講義を無料でも学べるサービスには有名なところでCoursera、edX等がありますが、Courseraにて今秋からData ScienceのMasterを取得できるプログラムが始まるらしいです。
ただし、これは有料です。

Admissionを見てみると

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree. If it is not in computer science, applicants must have sufficient background in computer programming as well as data structures and algorithms. The recommended undergraduate GPA for applicants applying to the MCS-DS is a 3.2/4.0 or higher. All applicants must submit an application form, three letters of reference, a statement of purpose, resume, and official transcripts from all completed university coursework. TOEFL / IELTS scores may be required for international applicants.

とあり、学士号は必要なようですが、必ずしもcomputer scienceである必要はないようです。

これなら働きながら取得できるかもしれません。

Couseraといえば、最近流行り乗っかり、Machine Learningのコースを受講してみていますが、気軽に機械学習を学べるコンテンツは他にあまりないと思うので、とても恩恵を受けています。
